In order for the application process to be complete, we will need THREE CHARACTER REFERENCES. These references must be from:
- A Pastor
- Employer/Teacher
- Friend

If you will be under the age of 20 at the start of the school, a physical copy of the signature of parent or responsible party is required for the Release Liability Agreement and Consent for Treatment. Please print and have it signed before scanning and emailing to us. Alternatively, you can mail it to the address provided. The form is found here:
